Our first show at the new venue of Lawndowns Farm was a great success, with good entries.
The new venue was much appreciated by the competitors, some of whom took the opportunity to do a test in the larger arena and all of whom made the most of the new, very large outdoor school, for warming up.
We were made very welcome by Suzy, John and all their crew, who also seemed to enjoy the day. We are very much looking forward to enjoying a successful association with them.
Special thanks to the members who so willingly gave their time to help and kept the event running smoothly.
Our next show will be Spring Show on Sunday 18th April, also at Lawndowns Farm. If you look on the Events page you will be able to download a copy of the schedule.
The venue has now been arranged for the Hunter Trial which will now be held at Lower Bodiniel, Bodmin on Sunday 12th September. Please also note the change of date.
As from 2010, the age at which Junior members become Senior will rise from 17 years to 18 years. This is due to a change in British Riding Club rules.
St Austell Bay Equestrian Club now has a Facebook page so this is another means of contacting us. Why not become a fan? You can find lots of photographs placed on the page by members.
