The Family Friendly Club

We are a well established Club being Affiliated  to the British Horse Society. The Club was formed in the mid 1970's as ECC Equestrian Club and for many years our shows were held on a site at Par Moor, St Austell, until 2000 when the land was sold and we moved to Methrose Farm, St Blazey, at which time the decision was taken to change the club's name to St Austell Bay Equestrian Club. Steve and Mary Tonkin made us most welcome and without their support the club may well not have continued to be the success it is today.

This season has seen us move our events to Resparveth Riding Centre, Lawndowns Farm, Grampound, where we are looking forward to forming an association with Suzy and John Morris which will allow us to provide improved facilities and events for our members.

As always, St Austell Bay Equestrian Club will continue to cater for all ages and abilities of riders, from the very young and inexperienced to those who wish to represent us at Area 19 level. We very much value our reputation for being family friendly and welcome both Junior and Senior members.

We are now a qualifying venue for the Showjumping Championships of GB and the Dressage Championships of GB.Qualifiers to be held on our Mini Midi Maxi and Dressage evenings, combined training & showjumping event and our Summer Show.
